BBQ Catering

Traditional barbecuing involves care and lots of attention especially when preparing the bbq food at a large event with guest numbers of 50 or more.

Using professional outside catering BBQ's we are able to prepare many guest portions using BBQ chefs and several commercial BBQ's.

We can cater for outside catering events of between 50 - 1,000. Cooking a variety of meats, lamb, steak burgers, sausages, buffalo, ostrich, kebabs, wild boar, kangaroo, prawns and various fish dishes.

Probably not to most cost effective outside event catering, if budget is limited the hog roast is the most economic.
